Cooking and baking has been a love of mine for as long as I can remember. To me nothing can top sharing a delicious meal with the people you love. It wasn't until 2018 that I really got interested in nutrition and health and how it related to the food I was eating. Once I started learning what good nutrition and quality food can do for your body, my passion grew even more.
In 2020 I made a life changing decision to go to culinary school to learn how to combine my love of cooking with being able to create healthy, nutrient dense meals. I attended The Institute of Culinary Education, Health-Supportive Culinary Arts program in New York City. This gave me the tools to be able to bring a holistic and nutrition minded approach to cooking. I believe using the best quality, organic, and seasonal ingredients can change your life.
I specialize in plant based, vegetarian, and vegan cuisine. Have a sweet tooth? I also love to make vegan and allergy friendly desserts and baked goods.
